Churchill Residential is looking for an Assistant Community Director for its Evergreen at Lewisville a Senior Living Community.  This position is responsible for assisting in maintaining the daily operations of a residential property by providing outrageous customer service every day.  Responsible to meet all the requirements of the Low-Income Housing and Tax Credit Department of Housing and Community Affairs compliance programs.  Responsible for leasing, greeting prospects and professionally presenting features and benefits of the community.  Prepare and maintain compliance reports for weekly submission to corporate office.
